2018 Refresh Training Completion ceremony for Government Health Worker

In March 10 CHCP(Community Health Care Provider) & 13 HA(Health Assistant) 2018, Heart to Heart Bangladesh is held on 2018 refresh training completion ceremony for Government Health workers in Kaliakoir UHC(Upozaia Health Complex). In last year, government health workers of Kaliakoir UHC took six months of eye health education that addressed the types of ophthalmologic diseases systematically, and took twice times of refresh courses in this year, 10th and 13rd of March.
Dr. Md. Khairuzzaman, UH&FPO (Upazila Health & Family Planning Officer), Dr. Farhad Bin Siddique & Dr. Prashanta Chakrabarti, two lecturers and Heart to Heart Bangladesh office members also joined to celebrate the completion ceremony.
Through this refresh course, health workers remind of eye health knowledge that learned from last year and examined how much this eye health knowledge is effective of their work. Moreover, refresh course is very meaningful time by training eye health knowledge once again for community residents can reach eye health services.
Refresh Training for health workers
Eye health training has been helped not only improve health workers’ capacity but also rural area people can be treated about eye problems by visiting door to door and giving them to right direction from eye health workers who trained the eye health training. Eventually, we eagerly look forward to health workers can perform an important role of eye protector for community residents in Bangladesh.
