Heart to Heart International is working to reduce the risk of child malnutrition and mortality rate and promote healthy growth of children in the most disadvantaged neighborhoods of the world. Centered at the local schools, we provide support for basic hygiene education, basic medicines and vitamins along with nutrition program to ensure health development of local children.
