Support for Children and Youth

Heart to Heart Foundation provides various integrated programs for children and youth in crisis situations and their families.

Support for Young Adults Preparing for Independence

We offer financial support and scholarships for young adults preparing to leave care facilities, such as child welfare institutions, and those who have already exited, helping them to strengthen their capacities for stable social integration.
